Lecture by archeologist Katlin Long-Wright, a PhD candidate at the University of Toronto’s Near and Middle Eastern Civilization Department. Katlin’s research focuses on Egyptology, the Predynastic Period, and the built environment.

This fall, The Story Collection returns with stories about death, dying, and the thresholds we cross along the way. Inspired by themes woven through our feature exhibition, Ancient Egypt: Obsessed with Life, which examines ancient Egyptian funerary practices and beliefs about the afterlife, this evening brings together community storytellers to share real, personal stories connected to death and dying in all their forms.
