Programs and Events

This fall, The Story Collection returns with stories about death, dying, and the thresholds we cross along the way. Inspired by themes woven through our feature exhibition, Ancient Egypt: Obsessed with Life, which examines ancient Egyptian funerary practices and beliefs about the afterlife, this evening brings together community storytellers to share real, personal stories connected to death and dying in all their forms.

Come join us for a mushroom print making workshop using block printing methods and real mushrooms. We’ll learn the basics of print making and explore the textures of different kinds of fungi to create artwork ready to frame, collage, or gift a loved one.

Wanna reconnect? Tired of online dating? Nervous to put yourself out there? Join us for this exciting new series! With dating apps losing their spark, we're offering a refreshing alternative—an evening of low-pressure connections and inspiring conversations.
